Shane and I were talking about how this year has really been the best year of our lives! We can simply not imagine our lives without this girl, and quite frankly sometimes we wonder what we ever did without her! She brings us so much happiness and blesses our lives so much. I feel so old because everyone always says "It goes so fast" but today I found myself saying it over and over again. A part of me is so happy to see this little baby grow into this little girl with such a fun personality, but my heart aches a little bit too because it is scary how fast this last year went! I can remember so clearly this time last year, every emotion so clear. We just sat in my hospital bed and stared at her for a good two days and just thought how lucky we were to be blessed with such a sweet baby! I remember being so scared to be a mom, but that love that overwhelming love came instantly and I swear I am one big fat cry baby ever since. I see a brand new baby and all of the emotions come back to me and I could cry at a drop of a hat! It's pretty ridiculous!Anyways, I felt the tears coming so let's get back to this Birthday thing! Tylie had a great birthday and even though she can't talk to me and tell me how amazing her day was, she sure had it written all over her face and you are about to witness it!
